Cattani Australasia is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Schofield as Group Company Accountant. Paul brings more than two decades of corporate accounting and operational leadership experience across manufacturing, wholesale, hospitality, and retail sectors, with extensive expertise in financial control, cost management, reporting, and cross-functional operations.
Paul’s background includes senior roles such as Chief Finance and Operations Officer and Financial Controller at Henselite, where he oversaw full finance functions, manufacturing cost structures, warehousing, administration, and global import and export processes. Most recently, he served as Commercial and Finance Manager at Fluiddrive, leading cash flow forecasting, operational reporting, and strategic financial management. His career is built on disciplined financial governance and an ability to drive clarity and accountability across complex environments.
Paul is also known for his hands-on operational understanding, which strengthens Cattani’s commitment to high-performance financial stewardship as the company scales across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Outside of his professional achievements, Paul remains active in the Athletics community as an official at state and national competitions. He also coaches young athletes, including the current Australian Under-16 High Jump Champion, reflecting his passion for mentorship and development.
