Strengthening Ties Across Asia: Cattani Hosts Distributor Training at Melbourne HQ

Authorised Cattani dealers from Raf Synergy (Malaysia) and Fondaco (Singapore) arrive at Cattani Australasia Head Office for advanced in-house technical training as part of the Cattani Asia Training Programme.
At Cattani Australasia, we believe the best partnerships are built on knowledge, trust, and long-term collaboration. That ethos was on full display recently when our Melbourne Head Office welcomed a group of distributor technicians from across Southeast Asia for another instalment of the Cattani Asia Training Programme, delivered by Mark Humphries, Group Technical Training & Product Development Manager, and Lee Fook Sung, Technical Support Specialist – Asia.
Over the course of several intensive days, representatives from two of our key authorised dealers— Raf Synergy (Malaysia) and Fondaco Pte Ltd (Singapore)—gained firsthand experience with our latest in suction and compressed air solutions. Through a blend of theory, hands-on training, and case study discussions, the training reaffirmed our shared mission: to empower our partners to provide outstanding service and support to clinics across the region.
This training was further bolstered by the attendance of Thong Ming Chuin, Business Development Manager – Asia, and Nigel Blaydes, the newly appointed Regional Commercial Manager – Asia. Their participation underscores Cattani's growing investment in strengthening our technical and commercial footprint across Asia.

Focused, High-Impact Learning
As with previous years, the Asia Training Programme places a strong emphasis on practical knowledge and repeatable frameworks. Trainees explored our modular approach to installation, system diagnostics, and the critical importance of air quality in protecting dental equipment and patient outcomes. Every aspect of the course was designed to provide immediate, real-world benefit.
Importantly, this training also reflects the ongoing evolution of our Asia-facing support ecosystem. By blending in-person technical mastery with our multilingual Blueprints Online Training Platform, we’re enabling our distributors to scale their expertise at pace, whether they’re attending in person in Melbourne, accessing modules remotely, or servicing clinics across Asia.
Forging Stronger Regional Alignment
The presence of both Raf Synergy and Fondaco at our headquarters highlights a unified effort to elevate service standards throughout Asia. While their regions and clientele may differ, both share a commitment to precision, integrity, and customer care—values that reflect the Cattani way.
This joint training also marks an exciting moment in our Asia expansion journey. Under the leadership of Nigel Blaydes, our Asia Division is not only strengthening partnerships but also enabling improved logistical coordination, and specialised technical support tailored to local markets.
